Space, time, inner thoughts, feelings and memories are evoked by each individual shape of wax. The wax develops as its own entity in each segment within the piece ensuring its own expression of individuality. The ‘32’ door number provides in my understanding, a portal in which to unlock what lies inside the desk, which in my own unique interpretation can symbolise the dimensional quality of the artists innermost thoughts and feelings.
